The SAMETI/ ATC uses to conduct different types of human resource development programe throughout the year as on station, out station and field programme.

Along with organizing technical and managerial training courses for state, district, block level extension functionaries, it purposefully organizes experiments, trials and demonstrations, quality seed production and distribution etc. in collaboration with Universities, Research Institutions and other Developmental organizations.
